We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this website, when you email us, or when you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your business name, type and location (wholesale enquiries)
• Details about your coffee setup or requirements that you choose to share
• Any message you send us

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How we use it

• Respond to your enquiry or sample request
• Add you to our launch or wholesale contact list, where you have asked us to
• Send you occasional updates about OLVEN, if you have opted in
• Understand demand so we can plan the product responsibly

The services we use

To run this website we rely on a small number of trusted providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Formspree — receives and forwards the forms you submit on this site.
• IONOS — provides our domain and email (info@olvengoods.co.uk), where enquiries arrive.
• Netlify — hosts this website and may log basic technical data such as IP address for security and performance.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — where you submit a lead form in one of our adverts, Meta collects your details and passes them to us.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they are required to protect it to a standard consistent with UK data protection law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our host may set essential cookies or logs needed to serve and secure the site. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Social media

If you visit or interact with our Instagram profile (@olvengoods), your activity there is governed by Instagram's own privacy policy, not ours.

If you submit your details through a Facebook or Instagram lead form (a Meta Instant Form) in one of our adverts, Meta collects that information and provides it to us. We then use it in line with this policy — to respond to you or add you to our contact list where you have asked. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact information only for as long as needed to respond to you or while you remain on our contact list. If you ask us to remove you, we will delete your details promptly.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time
• Object to certain uses of your information
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
